No Returns or Refunds:
Once a product or service package is purchased, it is considered final. We do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with services or changes in circumstances.
Exchanges for Upgrades:
We understand that your needs may evolve. If you wish to upgrade to a higher package before starting your originally purchased package, we offer an exchange option. This allows you to apply the value of your current purchase toward an upgraded package. The exchange must be requested prior to the commencement of your scheduled sessions.
Note:
- Exchange requests must be made before your initial consultation or session begins.
- Any additional payment required to upgrade to a higher package will be due at the time of the exchange.
